Ridge Height: 3.3m wide – 2.525m 3.6m & 3.9m wide – 2.6m.
Ridge Height: Increasing as building gets wider – please ask.
Ridge Height: (option available for higher pitched roof on any building).

Framing: Good quality ex 38mm x 75mm planed timber (double at corners).
Framing: 50mm x 100mm on larger buildings.

Cladding: Ex 19mm x 125mm Tongue & Groove shiplap.

Floor: Ex 22mm Tongue & Groove boarding on ex 38mm x 50mm joists.

Roof: Ex 16mm TGV boarding on ex38mm x 75mm purlins, increasing to 38 x 150mm
Roof:Heavy duty Glastex SBS green mineral roofing felt.
Roof:Note: 3.0m and 3.6m long buildings have a ridge bar ex 38mm x 150mm to prevent roof sag.
Roof:Buildings over 3.6m have roof trusses and no ridge bar.

Door: 1875mm x 760mm framed, ledged and braced, hung on right hand with 3 tee hinges.
Door: Profiled weather bar above door.
Door: Mortice lock. Optional heavy-duty hasp and staple for maximum security.

Windows: 610mm x 457mm on fully profiled sill with profiled weather bar above each.
Windows: 3 windows in 2.4m & 3.0m long buildings (one opening).
Windows: 4 windows in 3.6m long and over buildings (one opening).
Windows: Number of windows in large buildings optional, but only one opening included as standard.
