All of these buildings can be adapted to suit your personal requirements. Different bargeboards can be fitted, felt tiles or cedar shingling instead of our normal green mineral roofing felt; doors and windows can be plain, curved head sash, Georgian, square leaded or diamond leaded.
Summer houses can be unlined or have their walls timber lined for an attractive interior finish. The tables below show the unlined prices and the additional price for timber lined walls.
Lining and insulating (where the interior walls and roof are timber lined with insulation in the cavity), turns these buildings into all year round extensions to your house. See under our OFFICES & STUDIOS section for details.
