Cladding Information
Our standard cladding is ex 19mm x 125mm Shiplap, although we also offer CanExel Ridgewood Composite cladding (which carries a 25 year board warranty) and 22mm x 175mm Heavy Duty Tanalised Feather Edge.
We also offer Durasid Composite Cladding, available at £155 per square metre. Durasid is a high-quality, low-maintenance PVC composite cladding system designed to provide a clean, modern finish with excellent durability. It is resistant to rot, moisture and insect damage, and unlike traditional timber, it does not require regular painting or staining. Durasid boards are colourfast, weather-resistant and easy to maintain, making them an ideal option for customers looking for a long-lasting, contemporary external finish.
All Heavy Duty buildings can be manufactured with either a black Protect TF200 lining or optional 4mm plywood and breather membrane between the cladding and framework to give extra weather proofing.
For larger buildings the framework size can be increased and, to add further rigidity, 4mm or 6mm plywood can be added to the outside of the framework before the final cladding.
Internal cladding is generally ex 16mm x 125mm Tongue and Groove boarding. For other options please consult our sales staff who will be only too pleased to give you further information.
